Favorite special element...

I picked the magic wall, just because they're so fun to work with, and they're even useful for other things like clearing items off the screen. Very handy element!

Here's why I didn't pick the other three:
Amoeba: It's too random and can occasionally put you in a "deadlock".
Slime: Things fall through it...not overly exciting.
Growing wall: They can make you miserable if you aren't expecting them.

I picked the amoeba, because it's fun to direct lots of butterflies to it and then collect an incredible amount of diamonds. I also like that you can turn it into diamonds by enclosing it completely, of course. And I like the feeling that there's some other peaceful creature living in the cave. And if you are in need of 200 additional boulders, just let it grow. :)

In my opinion, the second places goes to the magic wall. It's tricky and also useful, like RTADash pointed out.

For me it's the amoeba. I cannot imagine a BD game without this big friend, without the many butterfly explosions! However I can imagine a BD game without magic wall, growing wall, or slime.

Anyway, my top-list of these elements (and some other special elements) will be as follows:

1. Amoeba
2. Magic Wall
3. Slime
4. Growing Wall
5. Hidden Exit
6. Rockford Doll / Mrs. Rockford

I've probably done more slime than amoeba caves. I do like the amoeba but I like to find distinct uses for it in puzzles and often that's quite tricky.

I suppose I should pick slime.

EDIT: Oh, and the hidden exit?! Stupidest element ever. Though I still use it because it's there

I might make a game that focusses on Rockford dolls.

I hate the whole 'Mrs. Rockford' thing, too... it's so chauvenistic...

You are woman... You... You can't move... You just... wear a skirt and explode sometimes, killing your husband in the deal. Not exactly an icon of feminine might :)

But, the ones in the CLCK can withstand falling diamonds without getting killed and they even help Mr. Rockford out by counting those diamonds on his total.

the motto of CLCK 3.0: Diamonds are girls best friend... ;)

Well woo, she's been promoted from "worthless, annoying and encumbering object" to "slave"

Seriously, though, I bet you can make some good puzzles with the CL dolls.

But, if she just stays there and collects diamonds for a while, she'll be a "worthless, annoying, and encumbering Millionaire"!
