Cave maps for higher levels?

Hi!
I wanted to ask whether the cave maps are also available for the higher levels of the games. Here on this page, they seem to be available "only" for level one each game (except BD1), or am I just too stupid to find?
Do you know any other websites where the higher maps are available?
